I’m Sorry…

I’m sorry about everything. I’m sorry I wasted 4 months of your life making you think I was the one for you. We both said and did some stuff we didn’t mean and I’m almost positive we both regret it; or at least I do. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I can’t be content doing something without thinking about you and I; and how we used to be. I’m sure there will be a point where I’ll have to move on, but for now this feels like a dream where i’ll wake up and everything will be okay. While I had the chance, I should have taken you back… I guess it’s the fact of how similar you sounded to my dad when he was drunk. It scared me, made me feel hopeless & useless again. If I had known what I know now I’d make sure we’d never fight again. I just can’t get the picture of you with another girl after an hour of us breaking up out of my head. It hurts. A lot. And there’s absolutely nothing I can do now but sit here and wait for any reply to my texts. I can’t express the hatred I have for this girl.. But I guess you can say the same about him.. It makes me psychotic knowing I’m not the one who can make you happy anymore and put a smile on your face. I miss seeing your vivid green eyes flecked with brown, I miss seeing your goofy smile that always made me warm and happy throughout the day. I had a sense of security when I was with you, at anytime. I guess the two words at the top of this page mean absolutely nothing to you now; I wouldn’t blame you. I get jealous easy though.. I’m sorry. It makes me feel like I’m a second choice, or I’m not pretty enough, or I’m not smart enough and the worst part is knowing someone could make you happier then I could now. You will never meet anyone who knows you like I do. It’s been well over 3 weeks and I’m just hoping you’ll turn up at my doorstep telling me we’re still together. I’ve realized I love you more than I said I did. But it’s too late now…
